Juniper Trading has made a name for itself nationally with its sturdy attractive footstools. The legs are French polished and hand waxed with brass castors and porcelain wheels on the ends. These unique features lend the footstools a certain antique look. They are made without foam and come in three standard sizes, or can be ordered in any measurement.

We have been supplying these since 1991 and therefore have accumulated many satisfied customers along the way. There are a number of uses for them; such as a surface for board games, magazines or trays full of tea and coffee. Alternatively we find they are ideal to simply rest your feet on at the end of a long day.

Fireside footstools are hand made in the traditional way without foam, using natural fillings. The solid frame is made from beechwood, is braced in the centre and strengthened at each corner. The turned mahogany legs are carefully french polished and waxed by hand. The castors are solid brass and white porcelain wheels completes the antique look. They have antiqued brass studs round the corners.

We can also make a stool to fit your tapestry, supply sumptuous velvet sides in a matching colour together with an FR interliner, all for an extra £55.

Tartans look excellent on the stools, and we have a choice of over 80 different clan samples from Scotland here to pick from.
